What this trial studies

This study assesses the acceptability, feasibility, and preliminary efficacy of an online psychological intervention designed for men with prostate cancer. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the intervention or be placed on a waiting list. The intervention consists of five modules focused on psychoeducation, sexual rehabilitation, mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, and relapse prevention, delivered over six weeks with support from a certified Clinical Psychologist. The study aims to evaluate improvements in mental and sexual well-being and inform future larger-scale trials.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are prostate cancer survivors aged 18 and older who have access to a smartphone and the internet.

Not a fit: Patients with other oncological diagnoses in the past five years or severe psychological disorders may not benefit from this study.

Eligibility criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

* Prostate cancer survivors,
* 18 years old or older,
* Ability to give informed consent,
* Regular use of a smartphone and internet access.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Other diagnosed oncological diseases over the past five years,
* Severe neurological impairment or other severe psychological/psychiatric diseases (depression, generalized anxiety disorder, psychosis-related disorders),
* Other uncontrolled/unstable diseases,
* Severe hearing and/or visual impairment,
* Under psychotherapy or treatment for sexual problems,
* Participating concurrently in other clinical trials.
