What this trial studies
This observational study aims to compare the Modified Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Excursion (m-TAPSE) with the traditional Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Excursion (TAPSE) in pediatric patients undergoing transcatheterization procedures. Patients aged 1 to 18 will be assessed using both transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) under anesthesia. The study will take place at Adnan Menderes University Practice and Research Hospital, where measurements will be taken by trained pediatric cardiologists. The results will be statistically analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of m-TAPSE as a parameter for assessing right ventricular systolic function.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are pediatric patients aged 1 to 18 who are undergoing cardiac transcatheterization procedures.
Not a fit: Patients who are ASA class 4 or higher, or whose guardians do not provide consent, will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * 1- Hastanın 1-18 yaş arasında olması 2- Pediyatrik kardiyak transkataterizasyon işlemi yapılması 3- ASA 1-3 hastalar Exclusion Criteria: * 1- Veli veya vasinin onay vermemesi 2- ASA 4 ve üzeri hastalar
