What this trial studies
This project aims to enhance understanding of how interventions can support young people transitioning from societal care to independent living. It evaluates the effectiveness of a newly developed intervention called 'My choice - my way!' in comparison to usual services. The study involves collaboration with municipal social workers and youth-serving organizations to assess various outcomes related to self-efficacy, mental health, and help-seeking behavior. By analyzing the implementation and change mechanisms, the project seeks to provide empirical evidence for effective practices in this vulnerable population.
