What this trial studies

This clinical trial aims to evaluate two different strategies for implementing the Bridges program, which focuses on economic empowerment to reduce HIV-related risks among adolescents aged 13-17 in Uganda. The study will compare a standard implementation strategy with an enhanced one across 48 schools in the Greater Masaka region. Key outcomes include assessing the fidelity and sustainability of the program, as well as its clinical effectiveness in improving ART adherence and mental health. Additionally, the trial will explore the costs associated with each implementation strategy.
