What this trial studies

This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effects of sprint interval training (SIT) versus Arabic exercises on women diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The study will involve a randomized design with participants divided into two groups, where one group will engage in SIT while the other will perform Arabic exercises. The primary focus is on assessing changes in body mass index (BMI) and overall metabolic and reproductive health over a period of seven months. The trial will take place at Jinnah Hospital Lahore and associated gyms, targeting young women aged 18 to 35 with specific inclusion criteria related to PCOS symptoms.
