What this trial studies
This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of two physical therapy techniques, Jandas Approach and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), in treating patients with Lower Cross Syndrome. A total of 46 participants aged 25-40 years, both male and female, will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups. The study will assess various outcomes including pain, disability, range of motion, endurance, and quality of life before and after the interventions. The trial is conducted at Riphah Clinic Lahore, utilizing standardized assessment tools to measure the impact of each technique.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are individuals aged 25-40 years diagnosed with Lower Cross Syndrome and experiencing moderate pain.
Not a fit: Patients with vertebral fractures, tumors, pregnancy, or diagnosed psychological disorders may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could provide effective treatment options for improving pain and quality of life in patients with Lower Cross Syndrome.
How similar studies have performed: While the specific comparison of Jandas Approach and PNF is less common, similar studies have shown positive outcomes with physical therapy interventions for musculoskeletal conditions.
