What this trial studies
This study aims to evaluate the effects of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and cluster training on speed, explosive strength, and functional performance in male football players aged 18-30. A total of 54 participants will be randomly assigned to either HIIT or cluster training groups, with training sessions conducted over six weeks. Performance metrics will be assessed using various tests, including the 30-meter speed test and vertical jump test, with data analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The study will take place at the Pakistan Sport Club in Lahore, following ethical approval.
