This clinical trial investigates the effects of dynamic versus static stretching exercises on alleviating symptoms of knee osteoarthritis in postmenopausal women. The study will involve 58 participants aged 50 to 65, who will be randomly assigned to two groups: one receiving both dynamic and static stretching, and the other receiving only dynamic stretching. The trial will take place over seven months at multiple hospitals in Lahore, utilizing various assessment tools to measure outcomes such as joint flexibility, pain reduction, and functional improvement.
