What this trial studies

This study investigates the effectiveness of dry needling versus stretching techniques in treating non-specific chronic low back pain. Participants with a minimum of three months of low back pain and tight hamstrings will be enrolled to assess the impact of these interventions on pain relief and mobility. The study will utilize various methods, including hot packs, sustained natural apophyseal glides, passive hamstring stretching, and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, to evaluate outcomes. The goal is to determine which approach provides better relief and improves range of motion.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are individuals experiencing chronic low back pain for at least three months, accompanied by tight hamstrings.

Not a fit: Patients with chronic systemic diseases, recent trauma, degenerative joint diseases, or psychiatric conditions may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters
