What this trial studies
This study evaluates the feasibility and effectiveness of a non-contact Rock Steady Boxing class for individuals with Parkinson's Disease, delivered in a community setting. The study aims to assess improvements in mobility, endurance, cardiovascular health, quality of life, mood, and overall physical activity. Participants will be recruited from a neurology clinic and must provide medical clearance before joining the program.
