What this trial studies

This study investigates the effects of cinnamon powder capsules on body composition among obese university students in Pakistan. It aims to explore the potential of cinnamon as a natural remedy for weight management, addressing the rising prevalence of obesity and its associated health risks. Participants will be university students aged 18-28 with a BMI of 25 kg/m² or higher, who will consume cinnamon capsules over a specified period. The study seeks to provide evidence-based strategies for maintaining healthy body weight using a natural approach.
