What this trial studies
This clinical trial investigates the effectiveness of cervical spine exercises combined with nerve mobilization in treating patients with cervical radiculopathy. Participants are randomly assigned to one of three groups: one receiving the combined treatment, one performing only cervical spine exercises, and the last undergoing neuromobilization. The study aims to determine if the combined approach offers superior benefits compared to the individual methods. The trial includes informed consent and eligibility criteria to ensure participant safety and compliance.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults aged 18-65 diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy without other complications.
Not a fit: Patients with severe stenosis, osteoporosis, or other serious health conditions may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this approach could significantly improve treatment outcomes for patients suffering from cervical radiculopathy.
How similar studies have performed: While similar approaches have been explored, this specific combination of treatments is relatively novel and has not been extensively tested.
