What this trial studies
This study evaluates the knowledge, awareness, and perceived roles of physiotherapists regarding exercise and physical activity for individuals with hemophilia. It aims to identify gaps in education and barriers faced by physiotherapists in providing effective guidance to hemophilia patients. By conducting an online survey, the study will gather data on physiotherapists' learning preferences and the adequacy of their training. The findings will inform strategies to enhance physiotherapists' competencies in managing hemophilia.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are licensed physiotherapists who work with or have an interest in treating hemophilia patients.
Not a fit: Patients who are not physiotherapists or those who do not engage with physiotherapy services will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved physiotherapy practices and better health outcomes for hemophilia patients through enhanced exercise guidance.
How similar studies have performed: While there is limited data on similar studies, the focus on physiotherapists' education in hemophilia management is a relatively novel approach.
