What this trial studies
This observational study aims to analyze data from a tertiary referral hospital in the Democratic Republic of Congo to assess the prevalence of comorbid conditions in patients diagnosed with hypertensive heart disease. The study will collect individual patient data, including metrics such as BMI, dyslipidemia, stroke history, diabetes status, and serum levels of creatinine, HDL, LDL, and urea. The findings will provide insights into the management and outcomes of these patients, contributing to a better understanding of hypertensive heart disease in this population.
