What this trial studies
The Parkwood Pacing and Planning™ app is designed to assist individuals recovering from a concussion by using a point system that helps users manage their daily activities based on their symptom severity. Users can schedule their activities according to a daily point maximum, which is personalized based on their symptoms. The app aims to enhance self-management of symptoms and improve recovery outcomes through data analytics and machine-learning techniques. Feedback from patients and clinicians has been positive, indicating a strong foundation for further development and innovation in concussion recovery.
