What this trial studies

This study evaluates a tele-rehabilitation program designed for patients with fibromyalgia, combining AI-guided exercises and pain neuroscience education. Participants will be randomized into two groups: one receiving personalized AI-guided rehabilitation and the other receiving standard care. Over 12 weeks, the intervention group will complete remote exercise sessions and educational modules aimed at improving physical function and reducing pain. The study will assess outcomes such as pain reduction and quality of life using validated measurement tools.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults aged 18-65 with a confirmed diagnosis of fibromyalgia who have access to a smartphone or computer.

Not a fit: Patients with uncontrolled severe medical conditions or those unable to participate in a tele-rehabilitation program may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this program could significantly improve pain management and physical function for patients with fibromyalgia.

How similar studies have performed: While the integration of AI in rehabilitation is a novel approach, similar studies have shown promise in improving outcomes for chronic pain management.
