A registry for cardiovascular bio-imaging and multi-omics data
Dongzong Cardiovascular Bio-imaging Registry Study
This study is trying to collect and analyze different types of health data from adults who have had heart imaging to see how genetics and environment affect heart disease and find ways to prevent and manage it.

What this trial studies
The DAILY project is a large-scale, multicenter initiative aimed at creating a comprehensive bio-imaging database that integrates various data types, including living environments, psychosocial assessments, advanced imaging, and multi-omics profiles. This observational study seeks to understand the complex interactions between genetic and environmental factors that influence cardiovascular diseases (CVD). By analyzing these multidimensional datasets, the project aims to identify critical intervention points for the prevention and management of CVD. The study includes participants aged 18 and older who have undergone coronary CT angiography and have provided informed consent.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are adults aged 18 and older who have undergone coronary CT angiography.
Not a fit: Patients with serious chronic kidney disease, liver dysfunction, or those unable to complete follow-up may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this project could lead to innovative strategies for preventing and managing cardiovascular diseases.
How similar studies have performed: While the integration of multi-omics and bio-imaging is a novel approach, similar studies have shown promise in understanding cardiovascular diseases.
